Terms of Service
Definitions:
Tweet-seller – The Twitterer who is agreeing to retweet another twitterer’s tweet.
Tweet-buyer – The Twitterer that is paying for a retweet of one of their tweets
CV is the comparative value of a tweet as calculated by PayMeTweets. The higher the CV the more valuable the tweet.
$/CVP - Dollar cost per comparative value point. This is a variable rate equating a dollar value per CV point.
Tweet-sellers are responsible for the content of the RTs they elect to retweet. Tweet-sellers are not required to retweet any tweets, so if they do elect to retweet one, tweet-sellers must take full responsibility for the content and any links associated with it. Money, as specified in the retweet offer by the retweet-buyer, is credited to the tweet-seller account as soon as the paid tweets are retweeted (after verification). Tweet-sellers may request a withdrawal once there balance is above the minimum withdrawal balance of
USD 30.00
via PayPal and sent to the PayPal email address the tweet-seller has on file . It is the tweet-sellers responsibility to have a current and valid PayPal address on file with PayMeTweets. Tweet-sellers agree to post the tweet-buyer’s tweets in good faith and without making exceptions or excuses or devaluing the paid tweet in any way before or after the paid tweet is made and so long as they members of PayMeTweets.
Tweet-buyers are required to post a minimum

to PayMeTweets through PayPal to begin listing Tweets for Tweet-sellers. Once the amount in the account goes below

, the tweet-buyer will be required to add additional funds before adding new listings to RT. The cost of each Tweet (for the tweet-buyer to pay and the tweet-seller to receive) is calculated on the comparative value (their influence as determined by PMT) of the Twitterer and a variable $/CVP rate. PayMeTweets may adjust these calculations at its discretion. However, the higher the CV of a Twitterer, the higher the cost of the retweet compared to Twitterers with lower CV values. Tweet-buyers agree not to post inappropriate or illegal material. Tweet-buyers may not submit objectionable content, illegal content, or content not in agreement with Twitter’s terms of service including spam or affiliate marketing links. Tweet-sellers make no guarantees about the value of posting the tweet-buyer’s link in their Twitter stream.
Both tweet-sellers and tweet-buyers hold harmless, PayMeTweets for the content or value of any tweets made through its service and that TweetPayMe makes no promises to either party other than what is actually specified in these terms. All service charges are non-refundable.
Tweet-sellers and tweet-buyers may cancel service at any time. On service cancelation, any account balance will be paid back to the account holder using the PayPal email address on file minus any service fees or funds already used to pay for tweets.
PayMeTweets may revoke service at any time for any reason. At such revocation any account balance will be paid back to the account holder using the PayPal email address on file minus any service fees or funds already used to pay for tweets.
PayMeTweets is not required to pay any users involved innocently or otherwise in any fraudulent activity including payment from fraudulent funding or payments from funds earned in a fraudulent manner. Fraudulent activity includes artificially manipulation of a user's Twitter influence.
PayMeTweets is not required nor is liable to payout funds that may result from a computer, programmer, or programming error. Furthermore, PayMeTweets is not required nor is liable to payout funds that result in an error from any other third party such as PayPal. PayMeTweets is not required nor is liable to payout funds that may be lost due to computer failure, crashes, or hacking by unauthorized persons.
In the event an account is abandoned, either by the user or because of the failure of PayMeTweets to continue in business, after a period of (1) year without activity or inquiry made by the account owner, PayMeTweets may close the account and acquire any remaining funds.
PayMeTweets deducts a fee from RT payments to cover expenses associated with site operations and promotions.
PayMeTweets reserves the right to change, delete, or add to these terms of service at any time.
